I couldn't even squeeze a baby into this picture to make it better! Ugg, white stockinette sweater pieces.
I've been working off and on knitting the
"Divine" cardigan. I've got both fronts and the back finished, yeah! The orange yarn is a provisional cast on. The pattern tells you to cast on normally (long-tail) and then after all of the pieces are knit and sewn together it wants you to knit the trim and sew it on. (How very Debbie Bliss, maybe she worked with Sublime to design this pattern!) I cast on provisionally and kept the top of the neck stitches live and will be knitting the edging onto the sweater. Less finishing, neater, and no guessing if my edging strip is long enough. I think I'll start the edging as soon as my first sleeve is done and sewn in! Maybe I'll have an alpaca sweater to wear for May... hey, it will be winter again, or in Boston it may never become summer!Sometimes No Picture is Better
