Jofrog is Knitfrog!

I've been on such a sock knitting kick here I can't put them down for long enough to take pictures and blog about them. Ever since I received one of Alison's sock bags for Christmas I've had some serious sock knitting mojo!
I break the radio silence today to show you my most recently completed sock (number 2 is on the needles).
This is the Firestarter pattern out of Sunshine Yarns "soft" sock yarn in the colorway "Jaded". I LOVE this yarn! It isn't listed on the new Sunshine Yarns site, but there is one left on her Etsy site.
Today is the perfect day to be blogging about these socks because it is Sunshine Yarns dyer extrordinare, Dani's, birthday today! She's a leap year baby so go wish her a very happy birthday... she needs four times the shout-outs today because she only gets it every four years!
Go wish Dani a happy birthday now!Firestarter

My best friend Miranda just gave birth to a tiny baby! We went over to meet baby Natalie yesterday, and we came bearing gifts.
Natalie is too small, at 6lb, for her cloth diapers! The covers were too big for her and were chafing her little legs, so "Aunt" Johanna to the rescue with three new, super soft, soakers to get her through this newborn period.
Kaya's newest soaker, (which is big on her at the moment), is there for scale! She's a giant... Natalie is so tiny... a little of both!
We had a great time meeting Kaya's newest friend and were so happy to help them on their newest adventure! Congratulations Miranda!Emergency Knitting

My craft room is too full! It's a small room that's taken up mostly by a day bed (that Naomi sleeps on... pampered pooch!). The rest of the room is my sewing table and the yarn cabinet that Shannon left for me when she moved out of this apartment!
I started sorting today, and thought to take pictures about half way through. Welcome to my insanity!
So of course, the only thing to do is purge some of that yarn I'm not using. I've put up some on Ravelry. Some of it I'm happy to part with for shipping only, some are a bit nicer and I'd like a bit more for it. Check it out, let me know what you think.
What's that? A finished, nice and tidy picture? Good luck! It may be a bit more organized, but it's no where near neat and tidy. Good thing the only one I have to share it with is Naomi.Welcome to My Insanity

Entering from the kitchen... not too bad.
This would be shoe central.
Shannon, did it look like this with your yarn in it?
